**The Role**
We’re on the hunt for a talented Producer/Production Lead to help lead our operations and champion our client needs throughout APAC. You’ll partner with our Creative Director to deliver an efficient and effective creative process from the kickoff call to the airing, ensuring you are with our clients every step of the way. You'll leverage your industry experience to provide strategic input and guidance to support your colleagues and ultimately grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
Support strategic conversations and meetings across company and cross-functional teams to grow our business - through our existing client base and new opportunities
Guide and train our APAC production crew enabling them to better deliver on our client needs
Drive excellence across the agency in our productions, by supporting our Creative and Production team through strategic and creative guidance from production to execution
Work closely with an in-house team (sales, junior producers, editors etc.) to help guide a project from concept to delivery
Drive and guide timeline management, ensuring time efficiency and proactivity
Support management of regional budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to global budget parameters
Attend all TV & Digital shoots as a leader and be able to guide and jump in as producer as needed
Ensure all production materials, templates, training profiles are updated regularly

**Our Qualifications and Experience Wishlist**
Post-secondary education in advertising/media/communications/marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of industry-relevant experience, with knowledge or experience in video editing (reviewing editing and communicating back with clients), directing (understanding the process and working closely with Directors), and producing
Experience with leadership and confidence in directing and supporting production team highly desirable
Strong management, problem-solving, and strategic abilities
Exceptional communication skills (additional languages are always considered an asset)
High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and MS Office
