About the Role

Our client in the video and content space is seeking a
Creative Producer
to join their team on a short-term contract. The role requires a producer with a strong creative eye who can take a one-paragraph brief and develop it into a fully realised concept, overseeing the process from ideation through to delivery.

You will play a central role in ensuring branded video content is produced to a high standard, managing freelancers, running production processes, and maintaining creative quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts from initial short briefs, working within established video formats and templates
  • Brief and manage freelance creatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality output
  • Lead and coordinate pre-production meetings to align stakeholders and timelines
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on edits, ensuring content meets creative and brand standards
  • Partner with the Head of Video to deliver projects on time, on brand, and to the highest standard

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Creative Producer role or similar within branded video content
  • Strong creative judgement with the ability to shape ideas into compelling content
  • Organised and confident in managing multiple moving parts across production
  • Experience briefing and working with freelance talent
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback on creative work
  • Pervious creative work

Contract Details

  • 3 month (initial) contract with potential for extension
  • Based in Melbourne
