Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Officer

Responsibilities:

- Manually processing 100+ invoices per week.
- Assisting with month end closing.
- Reconciling of general ledger accounts.
- Reconciling expenses, i.e. credit cards, staff expenses, etc.
- End to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ascertaining credit viability of customers.
- Answering client queries and front desk duties.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role as an AP/AR Officer will see you managing the full function of accounts payable and account receivable. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, matching, batching, and coding of invoices, reconciliation of supplier payment runs and month end preparation/reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties and procedures.
- Interact and engage with a close-knit team; collaborative and team driven.
- Experience with a large ERP system (D365 preferable, but not essential).
- Experience in Accounts with an exposure to payment environments.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
