Come join our Group Finance team as a Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract As the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing day to day transactions with some of our key clients.

**Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with**:

- Vendors paid within trading terms
- Timely reconciliation of large trading accounts
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Daily input of incoming funds
- 12-24-hour response of Accounts queries in the accounts in box
- Upkeep of accrual registers
- Daily Cash flow preparation
- Ad Hoc assistance with collection calling
- Assist with end of month and year end reporting

**What you will bring**:

- 4 years' experience in a similar finance role
- Experience with ERP & Banking systems
- Strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to quickly pick up new software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with high attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and balance several tasks and work within tight deadlines
- Team player a must and ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
