About the role
The Principal Advisor, Operations, Office of the Executive Director is responsible for providing advice and supporting the operations team outcomes within Health Infrastructure Queensland. The role partners with stakeholders across the division to support and deliver a range of initiatives including training and capability building and identify improvement opportunities.
As a Principal Advisor, you will advise the Director and Executive Director, Operations on learning and capability development, workforce strategy and training. You will support the performance of office functions and contribute to operational plan outcomes for the branch.
The Principal Advisor will provide high level advice and support to ensure the successful delivery of office objectives and improvement projects, whilst proactively identifying any risks.
The successful person
You would have had some prior experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training deliverables within a multidisciplinary environment and have a strong ability to understand and interpret information as it related to organisational development.
You will have demonstrated project management skills including the ability to manage project management activities, prepare quality documentation and engage with stakeholders within time and budget constraints.
