**How will I help?**

The Consumer and Business Banking division is looking for an experienced, self-driven PMO Analyst to join a multi-disciplined team supporting the delivery of a high-profile major risk transformation program with exposure to a broad range of senior stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Supporting the co-ordination and execution of PMO operation rhythms including: planning, reporting cycles, risk and issues management, regular ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and governance meetings
- Supporting the continuous improvement of PMO related activities and processes
- Supporting the preparation and administration of PMO related governance meetings
- Providing maintenance and control of project information (e.g. Teams/SharePoint sites, RAID registers, CR logs, etc.)
- Ensuring all PMO Documentation is up to date and maintained
- Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships

**What do I need?**
- At least 1 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- Experience within financial services and risk desired but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to foster effective program delivery
- Previous experience and knowledge using project management tools (JIRA, Clarity etc.)
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities
- Strong engagement skills with experience working with a large range of stakeholders
- Experienced in both Waterfall project delivery (PMI, PMBOK, Prince2) (our customer projects) and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe or Kanban) is advantageous but not essential
