A large ASX listed company is actively recruiting an accomplished PMO Financial and Resource Analyst to join their team for a challenging 12 month contract.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading, developing and maintaining a detailed process to support all aspects of financial management, reporting and forecasting across the program.
- Support continual improvement of financial and resource management processes, templates, workflows, tools, design, and implementation
- Track and report monthly financial performance against baseline
- Compile and capture program budget and forecast estimates to completion
- Review vendor costs against milestones
- Monitor and co-ordinate the process for approval of milestone payments for vendors
- Perform month end closing activities - accrual and timely posting of correction journal
- Maintain an audit trail of changes to budget and approved use of contingency
- Review risks and issues with Program Director and Program Delivery Director and include items that may have an impact on the financial performance of the program, including any scope changes, vendor variations or internal resource changes
- Capture resource demand requirements across the Program and maintain resource supply information
- Communicate requirements for business resources on the program with sufficient notice to minimize disruption to the business.
- Develop and maintain Master Resource List showcasing accurate breakdown of resources assigned to the program at any time.
- Track resource changes in the project, making sure any new hires and extensions aligns with the forecast
- Produce monthly report and month end review
- Produce program reporting pack
- Understand financial forecast and variation from baseline. Ability to provide value added insight and analysis to variation
