Seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst with experience working in major PMOs. This opportunity will allow you support the PMO Lead to provide governance within IT projects.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the ePMO Lead to enforce program governance and adherence to IT Governance Framework.
- Review project reports, conduct data validation, and prepare essential IT governance reports.
- Ensure the quality of IT project artifacts and update them as needed.
- Proactively manage project information, including status, risks, issues, and milestones.
- Evaluate the prioritization of IT initiatives and program development.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, including Post Implementation Reviews and Risk Workshops.
- Monitor resource utilisation and reporting.
- Foster effective relationships within the ePMO and IT Delivery team to ensure a customer-focused approach to project management.
**Key skills**:
- Tertiary education with a relevant degree or a combination of education and relevant experience in project management.
- Extensive experience in IT project management, including the development of frameworks, a deep understanding of methodologies, and a commitment to good governance practices.
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, and subtlety in handling complex situations.
- A pro-active mindset with a strong focus on delivering the best results for customers. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality when dealing with organizational, financial, and staff information.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in using MS Office products.
