**The opportunity**

The role will see you work on (but not limited to) the following:

- Prepare data and reports for the PMO, project stakeholders, and the C-suite, with an understanding of the different needs of each
- Capture, sort, improve, report and analysing the data outputs from projects
- Produce forecasts for project and PMO performance based on historical analysis for resource planning, budgeting, and timeline prediction, for example
- Drive and maintain the PMO practices, processes, tools and templates consistently and efficiently to optimise use, reduce project related cost, and risks to the Business
- Support the continuous improvement focus with regards to establishing and enforcing governance frameworks and standards within the PMO
- Be proactive in managing your tasks autonomously and with mínimal supervision; be comfortable in managing multiple competing interests, priorities, and deadlines

**About you**

To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:

- 3+ years in a PMO Analyst position or similar role
- Understanding of the principles that underpin effective data processing, management, reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of PMO and Project Governance methodologies
- Understanding of the SDLC lifecycle experience,
- Strong analytical mind and problem solver
- Ability to and interest in identifying opportunities for improvement and ability to present and implement constructive suggestions for change
- Expert in MS Excel with experience with Power BI or similar data analytics or report writing
- Experience with VBA, Python, PowerShell, SQL or other programming / scripting languages
- Reporting & data analytics accreditation (desirable)

Note that you will be expected to work onsite a minimum of two days a week.
