Offering an initial 6-month contract with scope for extension, and a conveniently located office in Melbourne CBD, with a hybrid work-from-home model. - This is a great opportunity to work within a business that understands the true value of its employees, and offers flexibility, along with an excellent working culture. **About the role**: - As the Senior Project Analyst, you will be working closely with the Project Manager offering critical support across multiple complex streams of work. Primarily focusing on project administrative tasks and management including scheduling, project reporting, program governance, and risk management whilst ensuring the schedule stays on track and resources are aligned to needs. **What you will be doing**: - Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and - change management logs - Leading the governance process and reporting cycle. - Building stakeholder relationships to ensure dependencies and deliverables are maintained and expectations are managed. - Contributing to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline project - management processes and improve project outcomes. - Along with all other project support responsibilities. - Previous experience as a Senior Project Analyst (preferably within the financial services or banking industry). - Ability to work in a fast passed environment and enjoys taking a hands-on approach. - A good understanding of project management methodology tools and processes. - Your technical skills matched with strong communication and relationship-building skills will result in long-term success in the role and organisation
