**The Role**

We’re seeking a PMO Analyst with a focus on RAIDD management and program-level reporting. This role will see you working closely with delivery teams, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies and decisions are effectively tracked and escalated, with insights drawn from Jira and Confluence.

**Key Responsibilities**- Run and maintain the RAIDD framework across the program.- Extract, consolidate, and manage reporting data from Jira and Confluence.- Deliver clear, accurate reporting at both program and enterprise levels.- Support PMO and program leadership to manage risks, dependencies, and decision-making.- Proactively add value during quieter reporting cycles while keeping pace during high-demand periods.

**About You**- Strong PMO background, ideally within large-scale transformation programs.- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (mandatory).- Working knowledge of PPM tools- Personable, proactive, and adaptable, able to self-start, engage stakeholders, and navigate fast-paced program environments.
