We are Nucleus3. We are business transformation specialists currently looking to help our client secure a PMO Analyst to support their IT PMO in the health sector.

**Overview**:
Our Client has identified an opportunity for a PMO analyst to support project delivery within their IT PMO.

As the PMO analyst you will support the PMO Manager, providing day to day analytical support via project analysis, project reporting, mainly via excel and assisting the PMs with scheduling and general project coordination tasks/activities.

This role will find you becoming the PMO manager’s right hand person.

You will need to be a confident, mature minded individual with the ability to work autonomously but equally understand when you need to seek assistance and when to escalate issues.

**Key Duties and responsibilities will include**:
In the role of PMO analyst, you will be actively involved in assisting with the roll out of Planview (portfolio management platform).

This role will cover the responsibility of assisting the PMs with set up and management of Planview whilst also collating feedback on the product to share with the enterprise project management office, who own and manage the platform internally.

**Experience required for this role**:

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent excel skills
- Experience of working with Project management platforms (Planview desirable but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous individual with a proactive mindset
