Christies People is one of the most respected agencies with its reputation of understanding the industry and our clients specific needs.
**About the Role**
- Undertake a variety of Ad hoc admin duties and work diligently under pressure.
- Managing a large database - entering information
- Answering and Diverting calls
- Conducting reference checks for new employees
- Screening resumes
**Ideally you would be**
- Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to communicate effectively in all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- High attention to details on all forms of admin/paperwork
- A desire to learn, improve, succeed and grown within the company
