We're seeking a highly organised and professional Legal EA to support our General Counsel within a busy but welcoming inhouse legal team. This is a full-time, in-office role for 6 week assignment, offering meaningful work in a values-led environment.

About the role:


• Proactive diary and schedule management for the General Counsel


• Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal and executive correspondence


• Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with senior stakeholders


• Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials


• Providing general administrative support across the legal function


• Upholding confidentiality and supporting governance processes

About you


• 3+ years as a Legal Secretary or Legal EA supporting at Partner or General Counsel level


• Strong written communication and attention to detail


• Confidence liaising with senior leaders and external legal teams


• A calm, professional presence and service-oriented mindset


• Alignment with the organisation's mission and values
