Are you seeking a busy and challenging role in an innovative, boutique flooring company? Are you self-driven and want to make a difference as our company grows?

Mister Floors is a growing flooring company based in Balmain focusing on sanding & polishing, installation, repair and specialised cleaning of timber floors across Sydney Metro.

This role is responsible for office administration for the business and to act as the contact point for all new/existing clients to assist in managing all projects.

Experience in project management in the building or flooring industry is an advantage, or experience and interest in the home renovation & design.

A high level of proficiency and aptitude for electronic/cloud based office systems required as well as experience with CRM systems.

The role is part-time (2-3 days), office based with flexible hours.

The role:

- Answering customer calls, collecting client information and qualifying leads
- Managing calendar with existing jobs and booking in new jobs
- Dealing directly with clients, organising job start/finish dates and changes to schedule.
- Managing customer database
- Tracking and recording of inbound leads
- Setting up and coordinating onsite quotes
- Data input of job details/scope of work, job notes/
- Data input into CRM/job management system
- Managing basic logistics of jobs and liaising with sub-contractors
- Managing billing
- Supporting an energetic team of two sales and two admin staff.

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone manner
- Strong written and verbal English
- Competent managing a CRM
- Strong computer and telephone system skills
- Experience in the building industry or home renovation is a plus

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
