**The Opportunity**

This is an incredible opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as an Executive Support Officer.

The purpose of your role is to be the trusted support and right-hand person to the CEO and executive team, ultilise your strong organisational and people skills and your passion for international talent mobility and business to help achieve our company’s objectives. You will be a comfortable with a busy and varied workload and supporting projects and initiatives to help achieve the company’s vision and culture.

You will work closely with our passionate and visionary CEO and be responsible for layering down the vision to words and life, you will be responsible as well in ensuring the efficiency of business operations and helping keep the team on track to achieve its strategic goals for the future. The role is both big picture and hands on. This is a mission-critical role, and you will be brainstorming daily with the CEO, supporting heron all aspects of business operations, and taking charge of the things that will keep our business progressing towards our vision of changing 10,000 lives per annum by 2032.We are a client-focused business and service excellence is in our DNA. You will be skilled at providing strong project and business management support to a leader and act as the first point of contact with stakeholders including staff, clients, and partners.

**Working here will include**:

- Support the CEO in overseeing day-to-day operations of the business, coordinating and organising workflows in ways that help achieve maximum productivity and ensure effective utilisation of our resources
- Planning, implementing, and coordinating programs, projects and initiatives of the business in line with the business plan and directions from the executive team.
- Support in managing our international business expansion into 5 key markets-Nepal, India, Philippines, South Africa, and USA in line with our business plan.
- Maintain a calendar and drive the deliverables according to agreed timelines.
- Maintain an appointments and events schedule to ensure seamless flow and ample time for meetings and follow up.
- Ensure all requests are prioritised and actioned.
- Act as the point of contact between leadership, staff, clients, and partners
- Facilitate internal communications.
- Support the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System support the weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
- Handling client stakeholder enquiries or escalating issues as required.
- Helping to execute the strategic priorities, projects, and rocks through to completion.
- Coordinate events for clients, partners and external parties Liaise with the company’s external suppliers, partners and vendors (Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, Tax, Legal, etc.)

**About You**:

- Previous experience in business administration
- Strong communication, organisation and administration skills
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior management and business leaders
- Demonstrated interest in working in the Australian mobility / immigration industry.
