**The Role**:
We are seeking to expand our sales team and attract a passionate tile expert to hit the ground running within our Richmond showroom.

Retail and sales experience is not necessary, however experience within the tile, stone and/or building industry would be beneficial.

We have
**uncapped commissions**, so what you achieve is really up to you
- Knowledge of tiles, stone and/or building industry experience
- Exceptional attitude and great work ethic
- Ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
- Effective negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available for Saturday work
