**About Us**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in the showroom with their window coverings selections.
- Build rapport with customer queries over the phone and/or in the showroom
- Educate the customer on products, delivery dates and offer sales support
- Prepare samples and support material for Sales Team
- Maintain accurate and detailed administration reports and systems.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Utilise computer packages of Microsoft and MYOB
- Multi-task and can work independently or in a team environment
- Enjoy working in a small team and happy to share your product knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

It is highly regarded that you have a window furnishings background from sectors i.e.: retail, interior design, home furnishings, sales, customer service.
