We are looking for a professional and motivated Customer Service Officer with experience working in the building and construction industry to join our team located in Brendale, working Monday to Friday.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be involved in supporting clients and internal staff by providing an efficient and effective flow of information from the initial customer request through to the completion of the final job confirmations.

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to assist customers with knowledge of the building and construction industry whilst interpreting architectural and engineering plans

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist customers with knowledge of the building and construction industry while interpreting architectural and engineering plans
- Effectively coordinate resolutions and solutions to customer queries
- Deliver the highest quality customer service to our clients
- Accurately update and maintain records in the company system
- Liaise with internal departments to determine scheduling requirements, delivery timeframes and site works.
- Ensure an accurate communication flow for staff and clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of the building and construction industry.
- Understanding of the stages of construction from set out to completion.
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry and the use of computerised systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a broad range of people and to provide a high level of customer service and deal with conflict and customer complaints in a professional and prompt manner.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
