Reporting to the Business Sales Manager, this full-time position operates out of our Brendale location working Monday to Friday.

**About the Role**

As a Client Service Officer, you will be involved in supporting onsite clients and internal staff by providing an efficient and effective flow of information from the design through to the completion of the final job.

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to assist clients with knowledge of the building and construction industry whilst interpreting construction and engineering plans.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist clients with knowledge of the building and construction industry while interpreting construction and engineering plans
- Effectively coordinate resolutions and solutions to clients and trades people.
- Accurately update and maintain records in the company system, including trades scheduling.
- Liaise with trades and assist with problem solving enquiries.
- Ensure an accurate communication flow for staff and clients.
- Work with site supervisors.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience working in a contract admin role with builders and/or Real Estate Property Manager or tenancy Background - desired.
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry is advantageous.
- Efficient problem-solving skills and strong client relationship management
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry and the use of computerised systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a broad range of people and to provide a high level of customer service and deal with conflict and customer complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
- Positive and proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
