**About the role**

We are looking for a Brand Representative & Customer Service Management to join our dynamic team at Hercules Supplements AUST'. As a key member of our Administration & Office Support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our exceptional customer service and driving our brand presence. This full-time role is based at our Brendale, Queensland location.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Customer Service**
- Providing administrative support to the Executive and marketing teams.
- Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and brand engagement
- Ensuring all customer information and records are accurately maintained in our systems
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as required

**UGC & Influencer Management**:
Oversee the UGC and Influencer strategy by engaging with and managing content creators and influencers. Foster relationships with influencers, executing influencer campaigns and ensuring alignment with brand values.

**Brand Representation**:
Act as the brand’s voice in customer interactions and social media, maintaining a consistent tone and ensuring a positive, authentic brand presence.

**Strategy Development**:
Create and implement strategies for both UGC and influencer marketing to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

**What we're looking for**
- **2+ years** of experience in a similar customer service or brand ambassador role, ideally within the **health and wellness** industry
- Experience in Influencer management and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Passion for health and fitness, and a desire to promote our brand and products
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Personality: Proactive, customer-focused, and highly organised with a passion for the brand.**

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Social Media: 2 years (preferred)
