We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our rapidly expanding team. If you’re a mechanically minded, energetic, high achiever then this is the role for you. Working alongside an experienced and highly dedicated team, this position will be responsible for delivering quality service to our client base.

**Your role in the team**:
Creating and maintaining client files.
Preparations of quotes to customers.
Maintain technical knowledge.
Keep abreast of industry trends and new products or services.
Find opportunities to promote further sales or services.
Achieve your daily workload KPI’s and confirm that all jobs are attended to and accomplished within the stated time frames.
Consistently deliver an expert level of service.
Maintain precise records of work completed.

**Skills we look for**:
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and develop skillset.

Enjoy working autonomously or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Prior client services and/or pneumatic experience preferred but not required.

Punctual, reliable and hardworking with a great attention to detail.

Excellent with organisational and communication skills.

Experienced in general computer knowledge.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brendale, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
