We have an exciting opportunity for a “Value Stream Lead. - Farm Insights”. This role will help shape the direction and lead the evolution of a portfolio of digital products, which will be used by farmers across the globe to make more efficient, profitable, and sustainable decisions on farm

The role will work collaboratively with the software development team and the development managers to ensure the value stream is maintained with new or evolving products. You will be required to identify unserved needs, and strategic opportunities, in the farming arena.

You will focus on technologies offering data solutions to further build on Animal Managements SaaS cloud based technology products.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist in shaping the direction and lead the evolution of a portfolio of digital products, which can be used by farmers for more efficient, profitable and sustainable decisions on farm.
- Monitor value streams metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bridge design, research, strategy, technical and business worlds as you nurture strong and productive relationships with global stockholders to deliver on market needs and priorities.
- SAAS business modelling: experienced in building a plan that articulates the problem being solved, and how we can do it quicker than others.
- Develop innovative pricing models, initial customer acquisition methods and stress tested go-to-market plans
- Ensure roadmaps produced by Product managers are data informed, based on customer research, have clear commercial outcomes and are realistic

**To be successful in this role**:

- 5+ years in product management
- Experience in building a SAAS business is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse stakeholder group
- Solid track record of addressing customer needs through innovative use of technology.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes
- Ability to engage a team of people and set out a compelling path toward a common purpose
