About the Role
Positioned within Service Stream’s Telecommunications Unit, the National Team Lead and Remediation Manager will support Operations and Maintenance Business unit. Develop, Maintain, and identify enhancements from a system and process perspective to drive contractual and business unit deliverables, enhance performance and success of the Service Stream Operations and Maintenance business unit and improve the internal staff, external workforce, client, and End User experience

Reporting Line: National Workflow and Delivery Manger
**Job Description**:
- Day to Day management of the team to meet contractual and business requirements.
- Ensure that the recruitment and management of employees is in line with the updated monthly headcount models.
- Liase with Regional leads, to manage Works In Progress, meeting the relavant Contractual and Business Unit KPI's/SLAs and requirements.
- Liase with NBN to ensure alignment of requirments and objectives.
- Produce and disperse state and national-based reporting; daily, weekly and monthly progress on all key measures of performance both internally and externally across program and business unit.
- Produce and disperse effective communications in line with the communications strategy of all reporting measures to ensure all key stakeholders have clear visibility of all critical measures/metrics, including future views and targets set by the client.
- Participate in the development of process to support the workflow.
- Identify and participate in problem identification and system enhancement forums.
- Attend and participate in the governance framework for the delivery of the division's deliverables for program performance.
- Proactively produce reporting to assist the team’s ability to manage the work flow to completion within KPIS.
- Communication and escalation of problems quickly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all parties: internal, client and external field, to proactively understand any emerging trends, concerns, forthcoming demand, skill, or regional gaps
- Conducting business to the highest standard and in line with the ServiceStream Core Values.
- A focus on innovation and the use of RPA to streamline current work practices
About You

- Adequately skilled and experienced in the field of operational workflow management
- Previous Experience in Scheduling and Programming Tickets of Work
- Telecommunications industry experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite in an office environment
- Ability to understand technical aspects of the work undertaken by the team (Operation and Maintenance)
- Understanding of telecommunications and distribution networks, processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of work structures, conditions, tools and equipment
- Flexibility & Analysis / Problem Solving Skills
- Computer literate
Qualifications required
- 3+ years in the Telecommunications Industry
- Certificate in Telecommunications (Desired not mandatory)
