**About This Opportunity**
12 Month Fixed Term Contract - With the recent acquisition of MyHomeCare into Australian Unity, the role of People Stream Lead is to be responsible for the integration of approximately 1600 MyHomeCare employees into the Australian Unity Home Health function. The role involves managing the integration of people into the Australian Unity systems and ways of working over a period of 12 months.
This is a complex transition that involves working closely with multiple project teams, the GM of Workforce and the technology teams to determine integration pathways.
**About the role**
- Complete role mapping and implement the leadership structure design
- Review remuneration, variable compensation, policies and benefits
- Review and work with the People & Culture SMEs to review current operating model
- Role model the aspired Leadership behaviours to source, lead, develop and retain high quality team members aligned to the Australian Unity culture
- Partner and collaborate across functions to deliver on key strategic initiatives and drive customer obsession
- Manage people processes, risk management, and your responsible workforce resources, including effective management of FTE budgets
- Assess, evaluate and optimise existing processes to ensure they are aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and objectives.
**About you**
- Previous experience integrating large scale businesses
- Large scale project management experience
- Experience in People and Culture or HR is essential
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management, with communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
