**Duties and responsibilities**

The duties and responsibilities of Marketing Specialist are as follows:

- Develop and execute all digital marketing and lead generation activities through search, social, EDMs and website
- Create advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives of the company
- Liaise with external agencies on graphic design and paid media projects
- Identified appropriate marketing channels and target customers for campaigns within the state
- Formulation of the Marketing Plan and Business Development Plan to achieve brand visibility profitability goals
- Production of advertising campaigns, such as artwork, media scripting, and media placement, within time and budget constraints
- Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaign

Selection Criteria:

- Experience or understanding working with WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google AdWords
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google drive (Docs, Sheets and slides)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, and have a proven ability to come up with workable solutions
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator and Indesign (desirable)

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
