We're looking for a passionate and commercially-savvy Campaign Manager to join our Australian market team. Tourism New Zealand is on a mission to attract high-quality, committed travellers who contribute positively to Aotearoa across our four capitals—economic, environmental, cultural, and social.

You'll be someone who thrives on executional excellence, with an eye for performance and an understanding of how to connect with audiences through conversational marketing. Your commercial acumen will help ensure every campaign delivers real value—driving visitation, spend, and regional dispersal.

**What you will need**|** **Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga**
- Digital marketing experience preferable either within a marketing communications role or a media buying agency.
- Experienced delivering consumer marketing campaigns that are insight-led, brand-aligned, and results-driven.
- Experience in partnership management and co-operative campaign planning & execution, ideally within destination marketing.
- Expertise across the full marketing mix, with a strong grasp of media integration and digital performance.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to align marketing activity with strategic business outcomes
- Well-developed project management capability
- A collaborative mindset and able to build relationships with ease as you will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and agencies to deliver results.
