**Lifeline Australia is a national suicide prevention charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. They are committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion and hope. This is achieved through a partnership of over 10,000 committed volunteers and their member centres in communities across the nation.**

**Lifeline Australia Ltd (LLA) is located in Sydney, with small teams of dedicated staff employed to lead funding and corporate relations activities, and to provide the design, technical infrastructure and governance of services across Lifeline’s member network.**

**LLA recently embarked on an exciting transformation journey, guided by an ambitious strategic plan. The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan will see enhancements across services, technology and workforce to bring about better outcomes and a more accessible and flexible support system for help-seekers**

**ROLE**

**The Campaigns Manager supports the objectives of the Community and Campaigns Fundraising team by leading and managing the development, project management and implementation of Lifeline’s peer 2 peer fundraising campaign, Feb Fast as well as support other activities within the portfolio, including The Push Up Challenge, Out of the Shadows, 3rd party and DIY fundraising delivering strategic and impactful marketing and digital solutions to drive participation, engagement and revenue growth.**

**You’ll deliver strategic and impactful marketing and digital solutions to drive participation, engagement and revenue growth in Lifeline’s signature fundraising campaigns. As well as supporting the Lifeline Network in delivering campaign components and presenting the brand effectively.**

**This is a great chance to join a national leading organisation for a maximum term contract (6-months), working with an inspirational, positive team and strong and motivating leaders in Marketing and Fundraising.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Project management including preparing project plans, briefs, timelines and post campaign reports and liaising with agencies, consultants and suppliers**:

- **Continuously developing, testing and enhancing segmentation and creative strategies for supporter campaigns**:

- **Management of annual campaign budgets and preparation of reporting and analysis of campaign results for revenue, participation numbers & engagement**:

- **Creating effective and compelling donor communications, supporting the creation and execution of marketing & communication strategies**:

- **Work with the peer-to-peer platforms and Lifeline digital team to ensure fundraising campaigns are optimised and continually progressing.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or related leadership role for a for-purpose organisation**:

- **Demonstrated experience developing and managing large fundraising campaigns and P2P programs**:

- **High level of accuracy, attention to detail and project management skills**:

- **Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities, with an eye for detail and cost efficiency.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior and cross-department stakeholders.**:

- **Sector experience, including an understanding of fundraising and its relationship to marketing**:

- **Ability to understand relational databases and analyse data to maximise campaign success**
