We are looking for an **_experienced Campaign Manager_** to grow our iconic RedBalloon brand through delivering industry-leading campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering attention to the RedBalloon brand through impactful media choices, exceptional creative briefs, and a strong understanding of your media channels. You will plan, execute and optimise all key brand channels, while inspiring the wider team of digital specialists to deliver a seamless, full-funnel execution of campaign ideas.
To thrive in this role, you will be on the **_pulse of best-in-class media_**. You've bookmarked the EFFIE's, and you love watching recaps of the Superbowl (the ads, of course). You will love bringing creative ideas to life in even more creative ways across ATL, events, activations, social, digital, and partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be a natural leader, who can map, plan and execute industry leading campaigns on-budget, on-time, and on-brand. You will be our channel expert across both digital & traditional media, with a strong understanding of the full funnel, how to make data-driven decisions, and deliver creative best practice.
You will **_be the glue for the RedBalloon_** team, working closely with the Brand, Creative, Digital Experience, Performance & Social teams to deliver full-funnel excellence across all touchpoints of the customer journey & to outperform KPIs across brand, retail & tactical/sale campaigns. - Key Responsibilities include:_
- Overseeing the end-to-end campaign process, from ideation to ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, & on budget
- Building & communicating clear timelines to ensure cost-effective media purchases
- Identifying key channels to deliver creative ideas in creative ways, creating briefs that lead agencies to true creative outputs
- Managing agency relationships with media & PR from campaign inception to execution
- Overseeing the creative execution of campaigns by managing creative resourcing, reviewing briefs, and approving content
- Monitoring campaign KPI performance
- Managing campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
- Working closely with internal teams, including performance, affiliates, data and customer support, to align campaign objectives with overall business goals
**About you**
- Ideally you will have:_
- A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in campaign and/or media marketing
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital & social channels, with multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional & digital marketing channels, including digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), events, ATL, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets, with clear accountability & delivery of campaigns within set budgets
