Role Description

To manage calendar, milestones, deliverables, and small/medium projects
- Serves as primary point of client interaction and escalation for campaigns and projects
- Organises calendar/schedule and ensures successful completion of internal and client milestones required for accurate and efficient campaign deployment
- Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of campaigns executed on behalf of the client and any escalation management required
- Provides status updates and reporting on a daily or weekly basis based upon cadence established with the client and internally cross functionally
- Accountable for completion of account specific documentation and reporting, including campaign effort, incident metrics and quarterly compliance reporting
- Aligns/Assigns and Mentors other members of the Professional Services team

Your daily activities will be:

- Serves as primary point of client interaction and escalation for campaigns and small to medium sized projects related to Professional Services
- Plan and execute the build of campaigns using the Experiences and Messaging Platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement campaign builds
- Ensure requirements are clear when a new campaign is requested; work with request owner to clarify when they’re not
- Create, and support with the creation of, relevant documentation such as proposals, SOWs and project plans
- Handle campaign Quality Assurance testing, publishing and delivery as required
- Utilise internal platforms including: Salesforce, Harvest, JIRA, Forecast, Zendesk and others
- Handle & direct requests with 1st and 2nd line customer support as and when required
- Enforces and promotes adherence to defined global processes
- Organises calendar/schedule and ensures successful completion of internal and client milestones required for accurate and efficient campaign deployment
- Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of campaigns executed on behalf of the client and any escalation management required
- Consistently builds and updates documentation and encourages others to support documentation efforts
- Provide project management expertise for assigned projects including requirements gathering, milestone tracking and status reporting
- Provides status updates and reporting on a daily or weekly basis based upon cadence established with the client and assures that all Salesforce Opportunities, JIRA and Open Air projects are ready to track time
- Estimates campaign volume forecasts to estimate workload for team and individual
- Owns any daily / weekly team meetings where the activity is shared & workload is divided
- Accountable for completion of account specific documentation and reporting including campaign effort, incident metrics and quarterly compliance reporting and may assist with QBR or onsite client meetings
- Provides advisory recommendations to client which benefit their overall marketing efforts
- Aligns/Assigns and Mentors other members of the Professional Services teams and organises training of team members as they transition to new account(s)
- While a Campaign Manager may not have direct people management responsibilities over other employees, they remain a critical team organiser and motivator and assure that the "Manager, Campaign Services" is aware of any issues to be addressed for members of the campaign team. They must be capable of leading and inspiring a group of individuals to serve their client(s) as part of a team. They also assist in encouraging knowledge sharing within and outside of their team(s)
- Perform other Campaign Services functions (with training) for coverage and/or additional oversight
- Execution within a Cheetah Digital platform is not a requirement of the Campaign Management role but Campaign Managers are expected to understand high level platform capabilities to compare with client requirements and make suitable recommendations. For this reason, it is generally helpful if a Campaign Manager has executed campaigns in a previous role or position but it is not a requirement
