**We are building our Sales team in Sydney and looking for people who are passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship.**
- What does it mean to be a Sales Account Associate in Sleek?_

You will be reporting directly to our Australian Head of Sales & Customer Success, efficiently acquiring new clients at scale, and ensuring they have an amazing client onboarding experience.

You will be focused on the conversion of inbound and self-sourced leads.

You will constantly be on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and partnerships with strategic players.

You will build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs.

You will drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones.

Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship.

Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams.

Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences.

- You have a growth mindset, and an ability to analyse diagnostics and determine best next courses of action in a world of infinite possibilities
- You have a strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
