**Position Summary**:
This is an exciting and varied role reporting into the Ecoms Manager. This role will include working across online asset creation and management, fulfilment and customer service

**Key responsibilities**:

- Order management across MLS online
- Monitoring all online orders and including managing and dispatch
- Customer service through multiple channels - shopify a must
- Inventory management and stock control
- Assisting across the e-commerce department

**The role involves**:

- Setting up of all promotional sales and discounts E comm shoots, the whole process from hiring models, to image select and editing
- All product uploads, website merchandising, category and collection creation, website banners, website navigations
- Accurately managing the picking and handling of all allocated orders across the business.
- Ensuring the packing and fulfilling of orders is of a high standard
- Maintaining a high-end level of presentation in line with the MLS brand
- Managing incoming and outgoing inventory in an organised and efficient manner
- Actioning regular stock takes
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Obtaining a high level of understanding of all product offerings
- Provide feedback to department manager around product performance and trends
- Assist with product creation and content
- Assist with seasonal shoots
