**About the Opportunity**

The Head of Digital Commerce and Product - Hotels is a key development role within the Endeavour Group. In this role you will be essential in defining the vision and strategy for the Hotels digital channels as well as partnering with endeavourX and the hotels team to help drive the digital reinvention of our hotels business and optimising ALH's digital platforms and partnerships to achieve optimum business and customer outcomes.

**A day in the life of The Head of Digital Commerce and Product - Hotels**
- Strategy Contribution:_
- Understand Hotels customer and team journeys and business drivers
- Develop a strategy for our Hotels digital platforms that works synergistically with the Hotels app and loyalty program
- Collaborate with diverse teams across endeavourX, Hotels and Technology to develop a target state, transition plan and business case for replatforming our Hotels digital channels
- Collaborate with Operations and Technology team as they develop a target state that enables our team to support our customers across their digital and physical journeys
- Channel management and optimisation:_
- Management of hotels digital channels
- Management of Google My Business and SEO optimisation
- Achieve traffic, conversion and customer acquisition targets
- Work with diverse teams to achieve and better customer experiences and commercial outcomes through a prioritised roadmap of initiatives
- Bring the Hotels brands, strategy and customer plan to life through our digital channels
- Proposition development:_
- In partnership with the Hotels and endeavourX teams define the digital propositions for our Hotels business that work in conjunction with the Hotels app and membership program
- Third party management:_
- Manage digital 3rd parties balancing commercial, innovation and customer acquisition objectives
- Review all existing partnerships and contracts
- Develop a complete understanding of options and a recommended future state and transition plan
- Leadership and ways of working:_
- Instill a customer centric approach to maximise value for customers
- Actively and proactively collaborate across the business in a matrix environment
- Actively assist in increasing digital, product and agile literacy within the business
- Lead the development of a target operating model for Hotels digital that considers the group and Hotels context

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent degree
- 10 years of digital and eCommerce experience
- Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Experience in digital, customer experience or ecommerce and in particular experience in developing digital or ecommerce strategy
- Strong analytical financial literacy and experience developing business cases
- Experience working in matrixed and/or agile organisations
