The role involves the administration, scheduling and coordinating of multiple small to medium building maintenance/repair jobs by coordinating all bookings of our staff trade team, subcontractors and most importantly our clients.

Exceptional levels of customer service is essential, as well as a general knowledge of the construction process, job control and building activities.

With the assistance and guidance of our estimators and supervisors, you will be responsible for the office based coordination of booking trades and liaising with our customers to keep them updated throughout their jobs.

Some site attendances may also be involved to check the progress of certain more complex jobs. A company vehicle will be available to use for these attendances when required.

Must be an excellent customer service professional, have a helpful, positive attitude with exceptional organisation skills. You will have experience with handling multiple projects simultaneously and an ability to co-ordinate whilst under pressure.

A successful applicant will have great computer skills and be able to confidently schedule our team of tradesman and contractors as well as deal with customer queries on a daily basis.

Key tasks:
Gather and arrange project-related information for management team

Communication as required to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of job progress and bookings

Forward planning for ordering of materials under direction of our in house estimators

Maintaining our job management software and relevant spreadsheets

Provide regular updates on job progress and any problems that need to be attended to on site

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
