We're currently seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team on a contractor or part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible work arrangements, a diverse caseload, and a workplace that genuinely celebrates teamwork

Our modern, spacious clinic features a large sensory activity room ideal for group and play-based therapy, along with multiple private consultation rooms designed for comfort, accessibility, and confidentiality. We support a diverse community, and Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking staff are part of our inclusive team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and develop individual treatment and therapy plans
• Provide direct, family-centred, and community-based support to clients with developmental delays and/or disabilities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care
• Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy
• Continuously reflect on and refine your practice to ensure best-practice service delivery

What You'll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• A passion for working with NDIS participants and families to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a diverse, team-based environment
• Excellent time management, documentation, and attention to detail
• Clinical experience with paediatric and/or adult clients; confidence working closely with families is highly valued
