Whitehorse Veterinary Hospital is seeking passionate experienced people focused leader to support and lead our wonderful team.
We are a busy small animal practice located in Blackburn, Melbourne. We are excited to announce this opportunity to be a part of one of the most dynamic and supportive teams in this area.
We treat our client's pets as our own We listen to our client's concerns compassionately and provide the best in professional veterinary care. We are passionate about providing the best treatment options for all our patients, and also have a dental as well as diabetic special interest vets as a part of our team.
**Our ideal applicants will have the following**:
- Previous veterinary nursing experience with a high surgical load. (Preferred but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work well with people of all different backgrounds.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to complete set tasks within the specified deadline.
- Positive, flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work both alone and within a team to support co-workers, and to resolve conflict.
- Ability to manage client complaints
- Be a positive conduit between our Vet Partners stakeholders and the team, advocating for the needs of the business.
- Strong commercial acumen highly regarded.
- Ability to work across different roles within the clinic ideal.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Able to problem solve and think outside of the box to find solutions.
