Civardi Furniture is a leading Australian joinery manufacturer who specialises in high end commercial and residential fitouts. We manufacture all our joinery at our purpose built facility at Rydalmere, featuring state of the art machinery, spacious and modern workspaces and great staff amenities.

We are now looking to add an experienced joinery **Project Administrator/Coordinator **to our team. In this role, you can expect to become part of a well regarded project management team and be responsible for:

- project planning, organsation of project time lines and delivering projects within deadlines and budget
- coordinating approval processes for samples, drawings, responding to inquiries and resolving questions regarding contracts, project timelines and program
- contract management (reviewing, developing and negotiating contracts), variation pricing and project claim invoicing
- working alonside project managers, site teams and other professionals in the delivery of the project
- working with and reporting to managers to provide updates on the project including analysing data and project outcomes
- procurement of project material requirements, take offs for projects, subcontracted items

We are looking for an individual who:

- has solid experience (2yrs minimum) in joinery administration
- posesses strong organisation skills
- has excellent computer skills, able to use spreadsheets and project mangement systems
- has good people skills and a team player
- has a positive and proactive attitude and will represent Civardi positively with clients and suppliers

Remuneration starting from $70,000 per annum (plus super).

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
