**Role**
As a Territory Manager looking after the Spine Portfolio, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the spine product line within NSW. You will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospitals, and medical professionals, to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote products and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities by conducting market research, cold calling, attending conferences, and networking with healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, and hospital administrators to establish the company as the preferred partner for spine surgeries
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and features of the portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies and exceptional customer service
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of success in medical device preferably in the spine or orthopaedic field in either Clinical Specialist, Sales Associate or Territory Management positions
- Understanding of the spine surgery market, including knowledge of key stakeholders and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
