**Service Integration & Management Process Lead**

My client who is a leading global organisation seeks an experienced (SIAM) Service Integration and Management Process Lead.

As the SIAM Process Lead you will be accountable for governing and managing the key processes for the business, responsible for ensuring fit for purpose processes are defined, and implemented by the newly established SIAM function.

The role will have full oversight of all SIAM processes, and will be

required to work with key business stakeholders and IT Product Owners to

identify continuous improvement opportunities in the delivery of IT Service

Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the initial design, and development of the SIAM operational model, and the implementation of SIAM processes across Incident, Event, Change, and Problem Management
- Develop collaborative relationships with vendors, and service providers
- Establish and maintain strong, productive and collaborative relationships with service providers to ensure the required level of service.
- Chair relevant forums as required and ensure continual improvement of processes.

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- ITIL 4.0 Certification
- Demonstrated experience of implementing ServiceNow
- Desirable
- Demonstrated experience working in complex, multi-vendor IT organisations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
