About the role As Integration Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and managing DBG Health's integration strategy across the business. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of integration platforms including development, testing, deployment, replacement, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring seamless and secure integrations between systems, while also mentoring business users to increase their ability to self-serve and adopt integration platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define integration strategies and develop integration roadmaps.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors to deliver integrations.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of system integrations.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues; apply necessary updates to maintain stability.
  • Monitor integrations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support business users to adopt integration platforms and self-serve.
  • Ensure compliance with DBG Health's WHS and Safety & Wellbeing policies.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP and integration platforms: NetSuite ERP SaaS, Celigo iPaaS, Microsoft Business Central ERP, API and EDI integrations.
  • Experience with middleware integration technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience managing vendors and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Exposure to Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • FMCG or retail industry experience beneficial, with good understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or similar).
