Integration Lead

Group IT provides technology strategy, governance, delivery, and support for all of Toll. The team enable Toll with the right technology foundations and business systems to grow the business and support our customer needs.

About the Role

As the Integration Lead you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams including Architecture, IT Services, SecOps, Finance, and Procurement, as well as external partners such as software vendors, cloud providers, and managed service providers.

To be successful as an Integration Lead, you will need to:

- Establish and evolve integration practices by assessing current capabilities, identifying gaps, and uplifting Toll’s maturity across planning, architecture, and realisation phases.
- Design and maintain a robust technical environment aligned with Toll’s integration strategy, including future-state architecture and governance.
- Drive automation and standardisation by reducing manual workflows and enforcing integration principles, patterns, and standards.
- Support strategic decision-making through evaluation of commercial impacts, expert guidance, and alignment with technology roadmaps.
- Deliver integration solutions and accelerate transformation using tools like Workado, AIS, and WebMethods, while supporting fast integration and bimodal development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- A Master’s degree will be highly regarded.

Skills & Experience
- Extensive architectural and technical expertise across enterprise, systems, integration, and data architecture, including cloud platforms and integration technologies like APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience integrating CRM/ERP systems and working across cultures.
- Leadership in integration team management, including coordination of remote teams and proactive collaboration with vendors and internal staff.
- Business acumen and industry insight, particularly in supply chain and corporate technology, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
- Results-driven and team-oriented, committed to meeting deadlines, driving performance, and fostering team engagement.
