What you will be doing?
- Coordinate process and quality assurance of all ministerial, executive and departmental correspondence/enquiries.
- Review, proofread and edit ministerial and executive correspondence, briefing notes and other requests/enquiries, ensuring adherence with whole-of-Government guidelines, departmental protocols and standards.
- Manage a shared inbox, and effectively manage and monitor workflow systems and processes to ensure deadlines are clearly identified and met.
- Coordinate Parliamentary and Estimates Committee processes for SNO on behalf of the Minister for Transport and Main Roads.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Office the Deputy Director-General, General Manager and other key stakeholders within SNO and the department.
- Support the Principal Advisor to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement ensuring procedures, practices, systems and information technologies are contemporary and best practice.
- Promote and encourage a workplace culture that is outcomes focused, collaborative, engaged and seeks continuous improvement in processes and practices.
