
Correspondence Coordinator

**Accountabilities include**:
- Coordinate and monitor requests from the Minister's office which are received from the Departmental Liaison unit.
- Maintain bring ups and other reporting systems to ensure action is taken and deadlines are adhered to for correspondence requests and discuss progress with the Senior Advisor and Principal Advisor.
- Provide support and accurate advice to all Customer Services Branch staff on document tracking a systems and the preparation of drafting replies in accordance to Ministerial and Departmental standards.
- Provide assistance, training, and induction to new and existing users in general duties and the operation of the DocTrak system and the Document Management System.
- Liaise and negotiate with a wide range of officers (internal and external) to achieve performance goals in relation to consistency and completeness of advice, timeliness and adherence to departmental standards.
- Work within, and provide advice on the relevant legislative and policy framework relevant to the role of Correspondence Coordinator.
- Provide relief support and assistance to the Senior Advisor when necessary.
This position reports to the Principal Advisor (Correspondence).
