**What is unique about you?**:
You are an expert Executive Assistant, experienced in supporting a CEO or multiple directors with busy schedules. You will become the go-to person for the CEO of this accomplished organisation, assisting them in every aspect as you will not only follow but lead and instruct when needed to. You are smart, proactive and a seasoned multitasker - able to have your mind in two places at once. Being proficient in your verbal and written communication skills will be vital as you will be representing well known directors of a prestigious company. You love a good challenge and take pride in the perfectionism of your work - never letting anything slip past.
**A snapshot of your role.**:
- Manage the inbox of a busy CEO, including scheduling meetings, taking briefs and coordinating agendas and travel arrangements
- Meet and greet clients on behalf of directors, create client and meeting packs
- Oversee expense management including reimbursements, daily expenses and general accounts
- Oversee the requirements of the office including ordering stationery and supplies and ensuring everything is in order
