**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant.
- Provide high quality and timely executive support the Chief Strategy Officer and SLT.
- Monitor, implement and evaluate administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency.
- Prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
- Autonomously and independently respond to issues, enquiries and communications on behalf of the Chief Strategy Officer and SLT as appropriate.
- Consider financial implications of decisions and seek to minimise operating costs where appropriate.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and channels of communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating behaviours that facilitate an exceptional customer experience.

**What will you bring**:

- High level administration, coordination, and office management skills.
- High level of computer literacy and advanced user knowledge of Outlook, Internet and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well-developed written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act with discretion, using initiative, judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to facilitate positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong focus on customer services ethic with a professional presentation.
- Proactive and intuitive with sound time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
