Executive Assistant for Executive Director Medical and Clinical Governance and Executive Director Finance and Procurement

• Full time 40hrs per week with a monthly day off
• Based at 5 Arnold St, Box Hill some travel required if needed
• Professional Directorates, supportive teams with support from fellow executive assistants

About the role

The primary function of the Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative assistance to the Executive Director by providing effective, efficient and professional support, running a functional operation and identifying continual improvement. This may include any additional support that may be required, as determined by the Executive Director.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• A proactive and flexible approach to all tasks;
• Ability to prove highly developed written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities;
• Approachable, honest, courteous and respectful; and
• Demonstrates resilience and tolerance to stress

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
