A Talent Acquisition Partner (and specifically a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner like the one at Arkeus) is a senior recruiter who owns end‑to‑end hiring and acts as a strategic partner to leaders to build strong teams in a fast‑growing tech business.

Role overview

The core purpose of the role is to find, attract, and hire top talent while advising hiring managers on market, process, and selection decisions. In a technical context, the focus is usually on engineering and other specialist roles, often in a scale‑up or startup environment.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand headcount plans, define role requirements, and shape hiring strategies.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies (direct outreach, referrals, events, niche platforms) to build diverse pipelines, especially for hard‑to‑fill technical roles.
- Use data and recruiting metrics to track pipeline health, time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and to advise leaders on trade‑offs and market realities.
- Support or drive employer branding initiatives, job ads, and messaging to position the company as an employer of choice for target talent segments.

Skills and experience
- Several years of full‑cycle recruitment experience (often 5-7+), with a portion of that in‑house in high‑growth tech or startup environments.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to influence senior leaders, push back when needed, and act as a trusted advisor rather than an order‑taker.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, plus comfort using data to report on hiring performance and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, high urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $39.00 - $55.00 per hour
