**Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Make an Impact in Early**
**Childhood Education**

As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a **Talent Acquisition Business Partner** who is passionate about people, purpose-driven recruitment, and building high-performing teams that support the next generation of learners.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading recruitment processes from job brief to offer stage
- Building strong relationships with Centre Directors and regional leaders
- Creating talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding
- Partnering with marketing to develop engaging recruitment campaigns
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5 years’ experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources (preferable)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies with confidence
- A passion for early childhood education and values-driven hiring
- Experience in high-volume or multi-site environments is highly regarded
- Proven experience handling sensitive documentation and working to a high quality of compliance.
