We have an opportunity for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Business Partner **to join the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team in our **Melbourne CBD **office.

**About the role**

Role responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Developing effective sourcing strategies and contributing to quality, diverse and inclusive hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide effective recruitment solutions to support business outcomes.
- Support the broader talent acquisition team with ongoing recruitment and projects across our division.

**About you**
- Work experience with end-to-end blue-collar recruitment gained within a continuous high-volume environment. Experience being part of an internal recruitment team is preferred.
