The Events and Marketing Coordinator role is a 6 month contract position and is integral in delivering and supporting marketing campaigns as well as signature events like Diamond Ball alongside other exciting events led by a passionate Marketing and Fundraising team.

The role reports to the Events Lead and will work collaboratively with not only the marketing services team, but all members of the marketing & fundraising team to contribute to the overall marketing services strategy.
**To succeed you will have**
- Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment
- Experience managing resources, juggling multiple projects, responsibilities and deadlines whilst reporting directly to senior/executive level staff.
- The ability to multitask and work in deadline-oriented environments.
- Understanding of events collateral development
- An understanding of budget management
- Experience with managing suppliers
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills including ability to relate with all types of donors and make them feel valued and appreciated
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and in conjunction with the Events Lead and the Marketing Services Lead
